During these times Key Auto Group is open for all your automotive needs. As always, we are committed to protecting the safety & health of our customers and staff. In accordance to guidelines & recommendations from health & safety officials, we've incorporated enhanced cleaning & sanitization methods at each of our locations.

Keeping people on the road is what we do at The Key Auto Group. We recognize that what matters most to you today may feel quite different than it did only a few days ago. What matters most to us is you, your family, your friends and our team's well being.

At our dealership we have taken a series of steps to keep our guests and our team safe as we navigate through Covid-19 together. These measures, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures, are being focused on to ensure that high touched surfaces are regularly and thoroughly disinfected. We will be utilizing seat covers, steering wheel covers, gloves, disinfectant and other preventative measures to prevent the spread of this virus. We are also practicing social distancing and have asked all staff who were away travelling to self-isolate for the recommended 14 days.

If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat and shortness of breath we ask that you refrain from visiting our dealerships and shops to protect fellow customers and our team.

We encourage you to instead reach out to us over the phone or email as we do our best to continue to provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

For those of you that are uncomfortable coming in for service, we do have video conferencing available, telephone and texting options, as well as key drop systems set up.

Regarding the sales department, we have made some viable options available, including

  1. Bringing a test drive vehicle to you
  2. Phone/text conversations rather than face to face meetings
  3. Sending digital brochure and vehicle information
  4. Providing estimated trade appraisals
  5. Applying for financing over the phone or online
  6. Video messages showcasing the vehicle and demonstrating features
  7. Delivering your new vehicle to you
  8. And more

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work hard to keep you and your vehicle on the road during this uncertain time. We will continue to support and follow decision made by government agencies and make you aware of changing information.



Our service department is open and we have taken additional precautions to ensure your safety. If you have an appointment for service and would prefer to use the "after hours" key drop - this option is available to you anytime if you wish. Please be sure to include your contact information upon drop-off and a member of our staff will contact you regarding the service status of your vehicle. We also offer maintenance home pickup services, where we can pick your vehicle up and return it to you following the completion of service. We know that vehicle repairs or maintenance may not be at top of mind at this time, but if your vehicle is in need of service, you can conveniently schedule service below at a time that works for you from your phone, computer or tablet.


We’ve taken additional steps to ensure the health and safety of our valued staff and customers; including the sanitization of the showroom and other areas of the dealership. However, if you would prefer to complete your vehicle purchase experience without coming to the showroom, our staff is eager to offer different options to ensure your comfort, health and convenience, including:


An immersive, virtual test drive experience that allows consumers to experience the dealership or vehicle from the comfort of their own home.
